Who can get a refund?
Thepaymart Infotech Solution gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to Thepaymart wallet balance but user is not able to get recharge.
How to request a refund?
go to support menu and raise the ticket related to Issue and mention clearly your current balance and what problem you are facing with recharge.

Is there any Deduction during refund?
Yes, Banking transection and other handling charges will apply on that, And payment will refund in your thepaymart wallet only. Please note that banks take 15-20 or more days to process the refunds. Refunds will process only recharge will get failure.
If you made payment through Payment Gateway and If payment is not added to your wallet balance, Fill in the Customer Support form and mention the transaction reference number you got from the payment. All such requests will be processed within 24 hours and payment will be added to your thepaymart wallet balance. If transection got failure due to any reason at payment gateway than refund will made by bank only.Please note that banks take 15-20 days or more to process the refunds.
What if I have excess balance but I don’t want to use it?
According to RBI regulation, it is not possible to convert wallet amount into currency, therefore, we cannot refund unless there is a problem with recharge.
